The breakfast was excellent and plenty for me. My room was warm and clean, and the staff were pleasant and friendly. A really nice hotel.

The breakfast was poor and didn’t feel worth the price. My room was small and old, too. Staff came across as unfriendly and unprofessional, and their English was so limited that it was hard to communicate once I asked anything beyond basic questions. A disappointing stay.

The continental breakfast is included, and the price feels fair for what you get. My room was comfortable, clean, and good. The receptionist could be a little friendlier, though. A smile goes a long way :)

The street noise affected my rating: the hotel sits right by the tram lines, and the front facing rooms have single glazed windows. Still, the staff went out of their way to help, which matters a lot in hospitality. On my first stay, they were very friendly and the service was excellent. The room was nice, clean, and had a relaxing feel, and breakfast was quite nice. The location is okay, with plenty of restaurants nearby.
