Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale

The spa was a relaxing spot, and the rooftop was lovely too. Our room had enough space for two for three nights, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Check-in was easy, and all the staff were friendly. We could walk to different parts of town, and it was easy to get an Uber. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this accommodating hotel.

The rooms are nice, the location is great, and the staff are really helpful and kind. But the doors slam constantly. Housekeeping are doing their jobs, yet the noise keeps going. Please give the staff doorstops or make the doors close gently. Some of us have travelled a long way and need a nap or two to get over jet lag. For me, that constant banging is a deal breaker.

We stayed for two nights, and our room was ready early when we arrived around 11am. It was a good size, and the electric blackout blinds blocked out all the light for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was lovely, with overhead and handheld shower heads that worked separately or together. The location was great for getting around. We took the metro from Linate to Giola, about a 4-5 minute walk away, and trams were easy to use too. There’s a supermarket opposite and a cozy, spacious lobby. The hotel restocks complimentary water and soft drinks daily, and reception lent us an adapter when we’d forgotten ours. Highly recommend.

The rooms are small, but have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff downstairs were courteous and efficient, and I had a great time at the bar on the 13th floor. It’s a cozy spot with almost a 360-degree city view, nice live music, charming bartenders, and a good menu. Breakfast was decent too. The hotel is on a clean, quiet street, about 800 m from Milano Centrale. It’s convenient for walking to the station and around the area, and a taxi to the Duomo was 15 dollars. I was very satisfied; it did what I needed, and all was good.
