If reliable WiFi matters to you, avoid ITALIANWAY. There are only two routers for the whole building, which has more than 20 apartments, and the connection mostly doesn’t work. I emailed them about it more than five times. They said they wouldn’t do anything because “the property owner doesn’t want to change.” The management was extremely irresponsible. Avoid at all costs!

Just right.

The apartment was pleasant and the location worked well, in a residential Italian neighborhood with shops and pizzerias nearby. You can park on the street for free, and the Duomo is a 35-minute walk away. When I arrived, the place hadn’t been cleaned. They offered me another similar apartment, but getting that sorted took nearly an hour. There were no duvet covers, which was odd.

The staff were welcoming, and the facilities were good. For a residence on the outskirts of Milan, I thought the value for money was excellent.

I’ll leave a full review once the service is finished. So far, the call center has been efficient and the staff very helpful.
