I had dinner recently at Wu Taiyo Fusion Restaurant and really enjoyed it. There’s a wide choice of dishes, all excellent quality. The fish was fresh and nicely prepared, and the flavours felt creative but balanced. The staff were friendly and attentive too, which made the meal even better. A great choice if you like fusion food.

The owners are the sweetest, and the service was really fast. The sushi was amazing, with such fresh fish and a great range of options for all kinds of food lovers!

We went for the all-you-can-eat menu and a glass of wine, then paid 30 per person. Between two of us, we ordered 14 dishes and were already full, so we skipped the rolls. The raw fish was more tempting: lots of different tataki, sashimi, salmon tartares, shrimp, other raw fish, and two soups. The place is quite large, with a nice interior, friendly staff, and quick service. We also tried a small lemon and ginger cream cake and cheesecake. They were fine, though nothing special.

We liked the sushi so much that we went back two nights in a row. It was fresh and delicious, and I’d definitely recommend this place.
