The apartment on via Poma is tiny, but modern, clean, and in a safe area. It’s in a new building with amenities including a gym, sauna, spa room, and play area, though these come at an extra cost. The staff were very helpful and service was quick.

The apartment itself had lots of room, including a terrace, but several details let the stay down. Water sprayed everywhere from the bidet tap, the shower handles kept falling off, there was no bathroom socket for a hairdryer, and I noticed hairs in the shower. It didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly. I picked it because it was near Linate Airport, yet I had to travel to Milan Central Station for the keys since they didn’t have enough staff to bring them to me. The entry instructions were confusing too, and I got lost inside the building. Italianway has a lot of potential, but it isn’t making the most of it. These are small things individually, but together they left me feeling neutral. A good location alone isn’t enough for me to leave a positive review.
I’ve been choosing these apartments for years whenever I stay in Milan, and I highly recommend them for the balance of cost and quality. There’s a broad choice across the city, and the apartments are clean and well furnished. Help is prompt and good, and I’ve never had trouble with waiting when picking up or dropping off keys. The main office is by the central station, though I more often meet an agent at the apartment.
The staff were kind and helpful, and the furnishings at Via Castel Morrone 21 looked nice, just like the photos. Cleanliness was another matter. We paid €40 for final cleaning and linens, but there wasn’t even a bidet towel. When we arrived, someone was still sweeping with a broom despite a vacuum being in the closet. I ended up vacuuming because the floor was disgusting. They hadn’t mopped either, while we waited there as they cleaned. There was a shocking amount of dust under the bed and every piece of furniture, along with a book and some forgotten coins. I wish I’d taken photos, since they would have shown it better.
This was our third stay with you, and the other Milan visits had been good. The apartment at Via Corsica, 61 was a letdown. It was dusty, the vacuum had no charge and no charger, and I had to clean for you. The pillows were dirty under the covers, and the fridge smelled like rotten fish. The sofa bed mattress was very low. Awful.
