The apartment itself was good, but we had to pick up the key at Centrale station. There was no toilet paper or tissue inside. We found saucers but not a single cup or glass, and there wasn't a wine opener either. We ended up running around outside asking a hotel to open the bottle for us. We couldn't cook because the stove released gas but wouldn't spark. Customer service told us to try the same things we'd already tried. The person said they'd call back in ten minutes, but we never got a call.
