I was worried because my Italian isn't very good, and my experience at other CDI in Milano hadn't been positive. Laura V. was a big help and used her Google Translator App, which worked amazingly well. The place was clean, bright, and efficient, and all the workers were smiling and pleasant. I got there at 8:20 and was out by 8:40.

Ms. Angela at reception deserves special thanks. She was patient, practical, and took the initiative to sort out the problems that came up. I was pleasantly surprised by the competent, friendly staff.

I was the first to arrive, at 6:40, twenty minutes before the blood collection center opened, and I took the first ticket. I'm a FASDAC member, so I chose the "funds" ticket for my blood test. The only operator called me to reception first, then challenged me because I had a National Health Service prescription and should have taken the other ticket. I apologized and explained that I'd been first to enter, while 25 people had arrived after me. I'm 72 years old, and mistakes happen. The operator was annoyed, rude, and arrogant, and wouldn't listen. In the end I had to take a new ticket and wait 45 minutes. The second operator also arrived very calmly, half an hour after the center opened. Never again!

Federico and his colleague are careful, thoughtful professionals who really look after their patients. I was treated with kindness and attention the whole time. I’d happily recommend them.
