We couldn't get in at 3 because the apartment wasn't ready, and when we finally saw it at 8, the problems were pretty clear. The sofa was broken, with just a mattress left for us to sleep on the floor. It was cold, noisy, smelled bad, and there was garbage in the unclean kitchen. When I contacted the host, they said it was too late for them to do anything and told me to contact Airbnb. Also, my AirPods were used, and when I brought it up, they said, "we don't know anything about it." Worst experience, don't come here.

The duvets we were given were yellowed and stained, though the towels, sheets, and everything else were very clean. Inside, the apartment is lovely, comfortable, and worth recommending. It does need a microwave and toaster. The old building and its facade under construction made us think on arrival that we'd got the wrong place, but that first impression wasn't right.

The room came with toiletries, coffee, tea, and clean linens and towels, but the pictures don't match what we found. Check-in was meant to be at 3 PM, yet we couldn't enter until 7, and the room was still being cleaned. It was poorly done: only a dirty mop was in the bathroom, the shower dripped rust, dust was tangled everywhere, and the mirrors hadn't been touched. It was also hard to communicate with the owners.

The landlord didn't see a problem and refused to help. The apartment was filthy and badly in need of renovation, with no bedding and a mattress that was soaked and dirty. It was in a construction zone, and though the room was supposed to be ready by 3 PM, it still wasn't ready at 8 PM. Worst room we've ever seen. See the photos.
