We were there for six days over New Year's Eve 2019. The apartment was comfortable and conveniently located, with the really nice Navigli district nearby and a Carrefour supermarket close for groceries. The Duomo in the city center is a 25-minute walk. One thing that shocked us was the contract, which listed a lot of penalties for damage, even though nobody made an inventory. To avoid trouble, we emailed them about marks on the walls, and someone came right away to check. It seems like a very reputable company. For the keys, we had to go to another address 600 meters from the apartment. If we come back to Milan, we'd definitely stay here again.
