The host was kind, but I can't recommend this apartment. The photos made it look bright and modern, with plants and neat decor, but it was nothing like that in person. There were no plants, the lighting was poor, the bathroom cupboards were broken, and the shower had mold. Someone had even left used soap behind, as shown in the photo. The whole place felt unclean, and the entry keypad was broken too, also in the attached photo.

Longhi really made our Milan trip smooth and memorable. He replied quickly and went out of his way to help, arranging restaurant bookings, taxis, and whatever else we needed. The property felt secure, with auto-locks and keys provided for easy entry. It was roomier than most places I've seen at this price, and most attractions were within walking distance. I'd especially recommend it to families visiting Milan.

We felt safe throughout our stay since the property gates and apartment doors used PIN codes. The apartments were clean and well equipped, and the Milan location was great. Staff were friendly, quick to respond, and let us check out later at no charge to fit our flights. I'd absolutely stay again.

Please be careful, they’re scammers!! We booked based on the photos, but when we arrived, nothing looked the same. The building was horrible, and there was a bad smell around it. Staying here could ruin your vacation!!!!! The company is called “ Easy life and Ortiquattro “

Mr.Ugo was especially helpful. The apartment was spacious, fully furnished, and very clean, with a terrace. It's also close to everything we needed, including the train station, restaurants, and markets.
