The apartment was freezing when we arrived in Milan at 7:00 PM, with temperatures at 2 degrees Celsius. We called and were told the central heating was broken. There were no sheets for the sofa bed, and the double bed only had a quilt. Totally disgusting! We’ve already started the process with our lawyer to seek a refund of what we paid and compensation for damages. Such a disappointment!
