The distance from Milan Central was a real downside, nearly 35 minutes to reach the city center. Inside, the heat was hard to bear because there was barely any ventilation. One room had a single grimy fan, while the other had none and a window that wouldn't open. We felt worn out and suffocated the whole time. We also never got a decent night's sleep, and the apartment's condition made us miss our train on the first day. On arrival, the sheets smelled awful and had pee stains, and the towels were mildewed. Both bathrooms had problems: one door was broken, and the other leaked everywhere. Customer service said they'd help, then brought one comforter for four people to share. We'd booked two rooms and two bathrooms, so that was their answer. I'm still furious about this disastrous stay. Unless you want a miserable experience, don't waste your money here.

We booked three apartments for our group for three nights, all through JOIVY Contemporary Apartments. It turned into a bad experience. One apartment's air conditioner didn't work, even though we'd booked a place with air conditioning. We asked them to repair it or move us, but each day they gave us the same response: someone would come the next morning. On the second night, we arranged with them to change apartments, but they didn't take care of it. We left and booked a hotel instead, and received no compensation.

We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment #18. It was clean, quiet, well equipped, and there was no noise. Frattini station on metro line M4 is nearby. Street parking is free, except on Wednesdays. The agency responded promptly. We opened the doors with a phone link sent by email to collect the keys.

Each of the two rooms has its own bathroom, and the apartment is very nice. The kitchen is good quality, with a washer and dryer as well. Since the metro is nearby, getting to the city center is quick. I'd recommend it.
