Oh god, officially the sketchiest “hostel” I’ve stayed in, and I’ve been to quite a few. There were hidden fees, the reception service was weird, and they didn’t want to give me a receipt. The room was dark and felt like a prison cell. The city makes up for some of it, but I still don’t recommend this place.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, and they charged extra for air conditioning that didn’t work. They gave me a thousand excuses for not refunding my money.

Victor and Osama, the guys at the desk, were friendly and really helpful the whole time. Amazing customer service. Thanks, fellas!

The breakfast was very poor, nothing like what the website suggests. They also forgot to clean one of our rooms during the three nights we stayed. The bathroom was obscene, with an indescribable stench, and there were dirty floors and walls and broken furniture. I think this is the worst hotel in Milan!

The bed was the best part, I slept wonderfully. But they had no keys, so we had to leave the door open all night, and air conditioning costs extra.
