10/10
The host was kind and accommodating, and I really appreciated the effort he made to keep us and our belongings safe. I was only passing through Milan for one night, and this room covered what I needed: a private bed and bathroom, parking, air conditioning, a spot near the central station, and a price within my budget.

Traffic noise kept us awake all night, with the road only about ten metres away. A window wouldn’t close, and the doors did nothing to block outside sounds, so we could hear people coming and going too. The room and bathroom were very dirty.

There was a chemical smell in the stairwell, and my room was damp and small, with mold on the walls. I’ve never stayed in a room like that before. I left early. Poor value for the price.

8/10
The location is convenient, and the hotel is small with free wi-fi. It came across a bit like a place for one-night stays, but it was still okay for budget travel.

The room was very cold, with little or no heating. Getting around the room and bathroom was absurdly inconvenient, almost like a bad joke.
