Joy 124 Hotel Milano

The main drawback was that sound carried between rooms. We could hear some noise from upstairs and from neighboring rooms. Still, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely pick this hotel again. It's beautiful and quiet, in a convenient area close to Milan's main train station, with good services nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a good size. Staff were always smiling, friendly, and professional.

At joy 123 hotel, check-in went smoothly, and breakfast was simple but satisfying. The essentials were well covered, although there weren't many extra amenities. The rooms were comfortable and clean, a cozy place to unwind after a long day. Staff were friendly and ready to answer questions or help out, and the location made nearby sights and restaurants easy to reach. It's a reasonably priced option for a comfortable stay without lots of frills, and I'd recommend it.

Breakfast has a wide selection and tastes great. There's no wardrobe, table, extra blanket or pillows, or even a kettle unless you ask reception. The room also doesn't have coffee, tea, sugar, or similar supplies. It's about a 15-minute walk to the metro, buses, and central train station. There are plenty of good shops, bars, and supermarkets nearby.

The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel is handy for the metro, less than a 10-minute walk away. Our room was modern, minimalist, and very clean, though the bathroom faucet was a little loose and wobbly. Breakfast was the one minor disappointment. When items ran out, refills sometimes took a while, and some hot food, like the scrambled eggs, was cold. Even so, we had a very pleasant stay, and it didn't change our positive impression. I'd definitely recommend the hotel.
