The receptionist was very nice, but I only saw her at check-in, and there was no reception service over the weekend. I also missed having a coffee machine in the room, so I had to go downstairs for a rather bad vending machine coffee. The room was large, but it had old, sparse furniture and was quite cold. The AC system didn't heat much. WiFi was so bad that even simple tasks were difficult. I didn't even try streaming video.

A nice, quiet place, with good connections by tram, metro, and bus. The rooms are good and have a small kitchen with basic utensils. There's also space for conferences. They take security seriously, closing the door after midnight, and there's always someone available to help.

The room was spacious and really convenient, and the staff were so kind and helpful. I loved staying in this beautiful area. I’d happily come back next time I’m in Milan.

I was there for a conference. The place is beautiful, and the conference room was pleasant enough, though nothing fancy. The air conditioning felt a bit overdone.

The residence has a really elegant feel, and the garden is spacious and sleek. A beautiful place.
