For the two days we were there, the hotel was under construction. Workers were working on the facade and in the yard and terrace, and two men spent a whole day working right on our balcony. See the photos, they speak for themselves. No one told us about any of this when we booked or in the few days before we arrived. We don't blame the workers, who were just doing their jobs. The blame is with the nonexistent management, who showed no decency. There was no receptionist, either. We could only reach the person whose number was listed on booking.com by phone. They weren't helpful and instead accused the four of us of overreacting. Everything about the place was horrible.

We arrived to find a place still under construction, with no reception or receptionist. Inside, it was dark and there were no lights. Workers were on the balcony, and nobody had warned us about the building work, so we had no privacy. When I called the owner, he offered no useful response. I have no issue with the workers themselves, but the owner should have told guests about the construction. His disregard was the problem. The whole thing felt like a scam.

We spent six days here and found it comfortable, with a nice vintage feel. It’s quiet and the bus and train are just a minute away, while the city centre isn’t far. The host was a polite, friendly man. Thanks!

The location is quite a way from the city centre, and parking was shocking. Our room wasn’t clean either, and there was no hot running water. Not a great stay.

The bathroom needs plenty of work before it feels decent. The rooms are worn and look worse in person than they do in the photos, so the stay wasn’t great.
