Leonardo Duplex Apartment

If I could give this place zero stars, I’d do it in a heartbeat. We rented the Leonardo Duplex Apartment for two nights and arrived to find construction work going on, with a bunch of noise and workers. We didn’t complain to the owner at first, but no one had warned us in advance about the construction. The apartment was filthy. There were huge hairs on the bathroom floor, spiders and webs on the ceiling, and dirty bed sheets. The fresh sheets for new guests were in a huge bag outside. On the second floor, go into the bathroom and there’s a door to a terrace, but it’s gated. Outside the gate there’s a ladder and the huge bag. The walls were dirty and worn out too. My friends and I were shocked. For the price we paid, the service was sad, unprofessional, and disgusting. We contacted the woman in charge because the owner didn’t want to deal with this kind of situation. She was so apathetic that it shocked us and offered nothing in return. We had paid a 50 euro cleaning fee for a filthy apartment. When we asked for compensation for the construction or the cleaning fee, they refused and didn’t seem to care about our situation. Terrible customer service and a terrible stay. Don’t rent from this place, you’ll regret it.

They took our money but didn’t acknowledge the confirmed booking. When we tried to sort it out, the owner was no help at all. Stay away from these scammers!

We stayed in a clean apartment on the second floor, tucked away in central Milan. They let us check in early. There’s no parking, though we could unload our bags quickly at the curb.

Really awful customer service...
