Utterly disgusted by the service. We were meant to stay for two nights starting Friday, but after taking all our money, the woman responsible for the accommodation said they couldn’t manage a late check-in. They told us to cancel so they could offer the place to someone else, but wouldn’t refund us. We’re nearly 300 pounds out of pocket through no fault of our own. SCAMMERS! If zero stars were possible, I’d give that.

Our car broke down, and they then unsent the self check-in instructions on WhatsApp and stopped responding. The whole experience was nightmarish, almost comical if they hadn’t kept our money. Total frauds, avoid them at literally any cost. Worst customer experience ever. They should find another line of work, because hospitality isn’t it.
Francesca was courteous and had lots of useful suggestions. The apartment was clean and tidy, with restaurants, bars, and shops all nearby. It’s on Corso Buenos Aires, about 600 metres from the train station, with the metro close by too.
The apartment is clean and tidy, and sits on the fourth floor overlooking a main street in a lively area. There’s a Sephora on the street, along with lots of different shops, restaurants, and cafes. The place is fairly small, with the third room being a corridor. It only has one bathroom, unfortunately.
