Lincoln TownHouse with a Garden

The room was tiny, the windows wouldn't open, the shower door didn't close properly, and the shower handle kept falling off. But the worst part was the bed bugs. They bit me all over, even on the side of my head, and one bite became infected. I had to go to the hospital at 1:37 AM. My vacation was amazing apart from this hotel stay. I don't usually leave reviews, but I don't want anyone else to go through this.

I stayed here yesterday and had a great time. My single room was compact but well designed, neat, comfortable for one person, and perfectly sanitized. The staff were polite and friendly too. It's conveniently located just 10 minutes from Milano Centrale and offers great value for money. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting a central place at a good price.

For a two-star hotel, it surprisingly meets the standard. The small room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, service was great, and breakfast was included and quite complete. The location is good, with tram line 9 nearby. My only request would be for the employees to keep their voices down in the corridors. My boyfriend and I tried to nap in the afternoon, but the loud talking made it really difficult. I'd recommend the hotel for its location, good service, included breakfast, and friendly people.

The room was cleaned every day, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were super nice, and the location was perfect, with easy access to the Duomo and Navigli. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the center.
