That rooftop terrace was such a nice spot to unwind, with comfy chairs, soft lighting, and a great view. Our room was roomy too, with a full-size bathroom and shower. Check-in and checkout were easy. The little kitchen worked fine for tea and coffee, and there was a fridge. I also liked being able to set the room temperature myself. A lovely place to stay.

The rooftop was a great place to hang out or just relax.

Despite the glamorous four-star image, guest care really needs work. They requested my company card details four times, even though I had already supplied them at booking. Then at check-in I was left waiting 30 minutes in a cold stairwell because the keys weren't in the safe. The first apartment had no heating, and the bathtub had no plug. There was also nowhere to hook the shower head onto the wall. At this price, that made for a really disappointing stay. The location could have been wonderful, but the street noise was heavy.

The room had plenty of space and the bed was comfortable, but the tram going by every three minutes makes it feel like it's right in the room with you. You'll need earplugs. For what the room costs, the owners should provide them.
