Rude replies added to a frustrating stay. The online check-in was complicated, and unclear directions made us spend 40 minutes trying to locate the apartment, especially difficult after dark. The bathroom drain cover was left on the floor because it was taped over, and the coffee maker didn't work. In the coldest part of the year, those of us sleeping on the sofa bed had to put up with the cold because, we were told, they couldn't provide a duvet (see photo below).
