The rooms were filthy, worn down, and smelled awful, and the bathrooms were terrible. Even getting into the building was a bad start. The reception and customer service were the worst I've seen. There wasn't anything good about the place. When I wanted to leave, they said I could go and get a full refund minus the first night's stay. It's been more than a month and I still haven't received the refund or any reply on WhatsApp. They also block me on WhatsApp.

The staff were really lovely and even gave us an extra hour to check out when our car hire pickup was delayed. The rooms are great for the price, and the location is fantastic. We'd recommend M20 for a short stay in Milan.

The location is the only reason for the one star. I was very disappointed with my stay at M20 Boutique Hotel in Milan. The photos online gave a misleading impression of the hotel's actual condition. Our room was dirty and covered in dust. The bathroom and shower were disgusting, and the air conditioning barely worked, so we were hot and uncomfortable all night. The old elevator added to the unsettling feel of the building, which I found creepy. We'd booked 4 days but couldn't manage even one night. We found another hotel and had to pay more. I also saw other guests checking out around the same time, visibly upset. The hotel didn't live up to what its online listing led me to expect. I'd urge anyone thinking of staying at M20 Boutique Hotel to think twice.

The room was modern, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, though the bathroom could've been cleaned better. It was small, but good value and just right for our last night before heading to the airport. The central location worked well for us, and I'd stay again.

The staff were so kind, and the room was spotless. Great location too. I'd happily come back again and again.
