The staff were helpful, and the location is excellent, right next to th Duomo square. The electrical systems in the room need an upgrade. More light in the junior suite’s living area would help, and a dark blind instead of a white one on the attic window facing the bed would block the bright light outside at night.

We were only passing through for two days of business and mostly used the hotel to sleep. It did what we needed, but I won’t stay again. At this price, there are better choices in Milan. The place is clean, central, and the staff are courteous, friendly, helpful, and professional. But this is basically a room-only hotel, with hardly any food available on site and no parking. Nearby garages cost an extra €30 a night. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around, though I wouldn’t recommend them. They’re too touristy and the food isn’t great. The city has much better options, even for discerning palates. The internet was awful. I had to go down to the lobby to get a stable connection.

We’re here now, and I’m glad my husband picked this hotel. The room is big and really cozy, and we slept well. Even the transport noise didn’t bother us. It’s on a quiet street, with sights and good shopping within walking distance, which makes the location the best. We especially liked the service. The receptionists are wonderful. I’ve stayed in three other hotels in Milan, and UNA Esperienze Milano stands out as the best. The rooms are incredibly spacious, which made our stay really comfortable. Carlo was especially helpful and went out of his way to find Pluriball wrap, even visiting stores to ask for it. The reception area could use some renovation, but the rest of the experience more than made up for that. I’ll be back whenever I return to Milan. Highly recommend.
