Martini Suite

The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice refresh kit. It's on a quiet street near bus and metro stops and shops, and Wi-Fi is free. Customer care was great, and breakfast and cappuccino were excellent. The only drawbacks were the tiny bathroom and shower cabin. A good option for a short city break in Milano.

We stayed in room #7, which had lots of space for three adults and very comfortable beds and pillows. It was very clean, with fresh towels every day. The buffet breakfast had plenty of variety, and the service was excellent. Staff greeted us by name, unlike at the big chain hotels. The hotel felt very safe, with key entry cards on the entrance doors. It's charming and well located, a 10-minute walk from three different subway stations, with a bus stop nearby that goes straight to the central train station. We'll definitely return on future trips to Milano.

The bedroom was fine, but the bathroom, though private and lockable, was separate and required going through the hallway. The main thing missing from the room was a good way to keep out the morning sunlight. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but perfectly presentable. Everyone at the hotel was incredibly nice and very Italian. They provided lots of towels, shampoo, Q tips, a nail file, free cold water and hot coffee, and independent access in and out of the hotel. I enjoyed the stay, but would only recommend it for a short trip, since it doesn't seem like the kind of place I'd choose for more than a couple of nights.

Spotless, with an extra s! Everyone was very helpful, from the front desk to Mira. It was just right for a two-night business stay at this time.
