The room felt new and was spotless, and I found the location handy for my visit to Bocconi University. The service was excellent too: guests have a WhatsApp chat, and replies came very quickly. My only suggestion is to add a bar stool or a higher chair. I tried working at the table, but the chair was too low and the table felt too high.

Really clean and comfortable. Getting there by public transport was tricky the first time, but once I figured out the buses, it was fine.

There’s no reception you can really rely on, and the price is way out of range. The ground-floor room also had cars and pedestrians passing right by and looking in. They may be aiming for minimalist rooms, fine, but then there’s nowhere to put a toothbrush, hairbrush, or medicine, with no shelves or hooks. The mediocre laminate floor is badly damaged by water. Forget this place!

For my first solo trip, I wanted somewhere pleasant and safe, and I picked the right place. The staff are really friendly and always make time to help. The place itself and the location are great.
