Eliana made us feel at home right away. My sister had surgery during our stay, and Eliana looked after both of us with such kindness. She kept checking in and making sure we were comfortable. I’d picked the apartment for being close to San Paolo Hospital, and the elegant, well-kept interiors had caught my eye in the photos. The living area was comfortable, with a lovely sofa and original furnishings that had an exotic, mysterious feel. The neighborhood was welcoming and had restaurants, bars, a bank, and a bus stop. Thank you, ELIANA, for everything!

The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and even the bath sponges were thick and soft. The room itself was spotless and full of character, with a bit of magic to it. If you get to talk with the owner, you’ll discover an incredible world, including where all the things in the rooms come from. She was kind and helpful too, which made the stay even better.
