Mila Apartments Ripa

We stayed two nights in apartment number 57 and had a lovely time. It was clean and had everything we needed, right on the navigli, which is a great location. The host was lovely too. She even arranged flowers in the room for my mum's birthday before we arrived. I'd recommend it.

The kitchen was unusable. The socket didn't work, so we couldn't use the microwave or kettle, and the oven was full of mold. Both beds squeaked whenever you turned over. The place was old, dirty and not functional, with hair everywhere, dirty kitchen items and a toilet that smelled worse than a public restroom. After checking in, we politely asked the person handling the booking to fix things and gave them a second chance. They didn't take it seriously. They came and taped the socket, but the tape kept falling off. We were very unhappy with our stay and wouldn't recommend it.

Bed bugs everywhere. Disgusting. I had to leave at midnight on the first night and find somewhere else to stay for both nights because customer service was no help. They wouldn't reply to Booking.com about the problem, and still wanted to book the same room for another customer the next night even though it was completely infested. I'd give zero out of five, but had to select one star to post.

Lovely place, clean, amazing, and it has everything you might need. The location is great too.
