I've stayed with Milan Retreats five times now, choosing them every time I visit Milan, and it feels like coming home. The apartment is spotless, beautifully kept, and equipped with everything we needed. It was all thoughtfully set up, so settling in felt easy and relaxing. The staff are warm, kind, and attentive, and always willing to help. Their care and professionalism made the stay memorable for my family and me. I highly recommend Milan Retreats to anyone coming to the city.

Comfortable, clean, secure, and in a great location, the apartment made my family and me feel at home. I'll choose it first if I come back to Milan. Thanks so much, and have a wonderful year. Good morning, I hope you're well. I wanted to let you know I'll leave the apartment at 11:00 AM, since I don't need a late checkout.

The host was so kind and thoughtful, always available when we needed something and happy to share tips for seeing the city. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and in gorgeous surroundings, with a great location. I couldn't have imagined a better place for my trip to Milano. I'd recommend it from the bottom of my heart, and I'm sure I'll come back next time I'm in Milano.

The staff were wonderful throughout the stay, checking in with me daily, and I was very satisfied with their care. But the apartment's problems were shocking and it needs serious upgrades. I had high expectations based on the good reviews, so this was disappointing. The biggest issue was the basement shower. It flooded almost to the door because the drainage was poor, so we couldn't use it. This wasn't mentioned in the booking, and the people who came to fix it said the same thing had happened two years ago. Why wasn't it properly repaired? The main bathroom sink also leaked, so we had to put a towel around its base. The stairs upstairs were broken and hazardous, especially with a young child, and no one told me about them during the stay. The bath's jacuzzi function didn't work either, which was disappointing given the premium price and the expectation that the amenities would work. The website said luggage storage was free, but when we went to the recommended location, no one was there and it wasn't even open. We ended up paying €5 per bag.

We walked to nearby transport and restaurants, and the area felt safe. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine, dishwasher, dental kit, and iron. It all matched the description. On arrival day, the administrator sent a video showing how to check in and stayed available, so arriving went smoothly. Checkout was easy too. Many thanks to the owners, I'd recommend this place.
