The cleaning was excellent. We booked four days and got one cleaning service, and the team even arranged our cosmetics neatly and wrapped each of our charging cables with care. The room had everything we needed, right down to kitchen rolls, and the instructions for entering the building and room were clear. Reception was really nice. They checked on WhatsApp to see if everything was okay and replied quickly. They also gave me advice about free luggage storage, though we didn't use it this time. The location was great, near the metro and less than a 20-minute walk or 10-minute tram ride from the central station. Wi-Fi was good too. I'll definitely book here again! 🙏🏼

Some of the little details are really nice, and the room itself is lovely. Getting to the key, though, felt like having to break the curse of the Black Pearl. Once you finally open it, things get easier. The internet is another story: it doesn't work, hasn't worked, and doesn't look like it will.

The room was comfortable, even though it was small, and the place itself is fine. But getting inside felt like solving a detective's puzzle. You need mobile data to follow all the clues, and nobody warned us about that. The Wi-Fi barely works or doesn't work at all, and they didn't sort it out during the day. I messaged three times and sent a photo today, but got nowhere. If you need TV, social media, or a place to work, forget it. You're completely cut off. I'll find out tomorrow whether they fix it.
