We stayed for the first time last year, and now we come back every year. The place combines a distinctive location with an elegant, spotless, comfortable space, and the hospitality made the experience unforgettable. The service felt like diamond-level care. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

It’s an easy, leisurely 15-minute walk to the Duomo from this lovely apartment. Inside, it felt really new to me, and it was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed, including an oven, microwave, fridge, and a washer-dryer. There were plenty of towels, and although cleaning was offered, we didn’t need it. The company was very service-minded and checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Recommended.

The location puts you right in central Milan, and the rooms were lovely and had air conditioning. Housekeeping was discreet and did a good job. The washer-dryer didn’t do a great job drying clothes, though. I’d still happily stay here again.

The staff checked in with us by message every day to see if we needed anything, and the apartment itself was beautiful and very close to the Duomo. We had a great experience with Heart Milan Apartments and would highly recommend them.

We were extremely disappointed by what we found. The website called it a “well appointed and luxury apartment,” but the place was dirty, with rubbish left in the bedrooms and mould covering the bathroom walls. It also said there would be a clothes dryer, but there wasn’t one. We were traveling with a toddler, and that was the main reason we booked it. The response from heart milan when we raised these problems was appalling. We paid top rates, and looking back, we could have stayed in a suite at the Westin for the same price. BEWARE and avoid this company. See pictures, it was disgusting.
