The staff were rude, kept disturbing guests, and were no help. I was even told I couldn't stay on the property between 10:00 and 14:00 despite having paid. I was charged more than the confirmed reservation price when I arrived, and the conditions were nowhere near acceptable for a normal hotel. The room, sheets, and towels were dirty, including items said to be freshly washed. There was mold on the ceiling, a rotten smell and decay in the refrigerators, a filthy kitchen, damaged furniture, broken electrical sockets, and no hot water. The whole place smelled bad and looked neglected, well below basic sanitary standards. It was impossible to rest or function normally, and one of the most stressful, disturbing stays I've had. Avoid this place at all costs.

I stayed one night and had bedbugs. All they offered for that was one free use of the washer and dryer. The area seemed a little unsafe, and the people sharing my room were terrible. The place was only semi-clean, though the staff were very nice.

Felo at the main entrance and check-in was so friendly and kind. The service and location were great, and the instructions he gave us for checking in after hours worked perfectly.

The guys at reception were very nice and helpful, and the location was okay. But in Room 4, the bathroom door won't close, so everyone can hear and smell the neighbors using the toilet. Room 1 has black mold right above the bed, and I got a bedbug bite during my stay. They also charge extra for bed linen and a locker. I don't recommend staying here. Update: I never asked for a refund. The owner is confusing me with someone else.
