Milano Apartments Casale

The local restaurant was emptying bottles into the bins out back as late as midnight, which made a lot of noise, though I managed to tune it out. There was no kettle, so I had to boil water for coffee, and no coffee was supplied. Breakfast was a voucher for a coffee and croissant at a few selected cafes, which was a nice bonus. I loved this tiny studio and wished I could’ve stayed longer. It’s the kind of place I dream of owning in retirement, tastefully decorated and secure. The balcony is really access to a shared outdoor passageway, but it has three locks. The bed was very comfortable, and there were extra blankets for cold nights that I didn’t need. The shower was the best I’ve had in Italy so far. I also liked the TV, though I lost a day binge-watching a series because I was tired from traveling. They left pasta, sauce, oil, vinegar, salt, and a bottle of wine, a lovely surprise that saved me money. The location was perfect, just 30 seconds from the train and on a cool street near the canals.

The apartment felt new, was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable too. It’s in just the right spot in Navigli, right by the Metro and tram stop. Communication was very friendly, smooth, and quick. Big thanks to Paola and Marco. I’ll definitely choose it again when I’m in Milano.

We had a lovely time in Milano. The apartment is in a great spot in the Navigli neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and bars, and near the subway station.

A handy base for seeing Milan, with easy access to attractions and a garage available. The staff were responsive.
