Hotel Vintage Milano Centrale

I've never stayed anywhere this bad. The bathroom smelled worse than a public toilet, the pillowcases hadn't been washed, and their smell made me distrust the towels too. I couldn't bring myself to shower, and I couldn't sleep. The walls are razor thin, so you can hear the neighbors snoring, as well as hotel managers talking right outside your door in the middle of the night. The hotel has changed its name, and the older reviews seem more relevant. Don't stay there. Pay extra and book somewhere else.

I slept really well because the room was comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful. Thank you so much!

My family and I checked in at around 4 p.m., but by about 8 p.m. we left after getting insect bites while resting on the beds. No one offered us another room or a refund. I've had good luck with hotels as a traveler until Milan, I guess. I felt my family deserved somewhere better to finish their Italian holiday than a shady room with bed bugs, so we abandoned the place. I can't recommend it at all.

DONT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! I was charged €30 for late check-in, although the booking didn't clearly mention that fee. The listing showed €7 for city tax, but I was asked to pay €21. I was also surprised that children aged 3-12 weren't allowed to stay for free. Agoda did mention the policy, but it still seems unfair, since most hotels usually don't charge extra for children in that age range. Clearer, more accurate information up front would have made this much better.
