I left my sweater in the room, and they sent it to Spain at no charge. I'd stay here again if I return to Milano, and I definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, attractive, and very well equipped. The location was great too, about 10 minutes from the center with a metro stop very close by.

It's really noisy here. We could barely get any sleep.

Check-out is at 10h, and we had to wait an hour for our keys to be delivered.
