The place is conveniently located, but the apartment itself wasn’t. The shower drain didn’t work, the sofa and curtains were dirty, and there weren’t many pots, pans, or pieces of cutlery. The stairs were too narrow and uncomfortable, and the front door didn’t feel secure, like one turn of the key could break it. Collecting the key was very inconvenient, and the owner wasn’t friendly or polite. The price is far too high for what you get. PRICE TOO HIGH.

The tram line 3 stop is only a few meters away and goes straight to the Duomo, which is really convenient. I stayed in the apartment for six days and found it very nice, quiet, and lovely and clean. The girl who welcomed me was very nice too. Highly recommended!

There was even some food waiting for us when we arrived, enough to make dinner. The area is very convenient, with lots of bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, including a Burger King and a Co-op just around the corner. It’s a beautiful apartment with all the amenities you need for a great stay. I’ll definitely come back.

The hot water was the one downside. It didn’t work properly, so most of the time we ended up taking cold baths, especially at night. The accommodation itself is well maintained and has everything you need. It’s quiet, has very good heating, and the tram is only 50m away, making it easy to get around.

A lovely little apartment in a quiet part of Milan. If you want to be more central, though, you should book somewhere closer to the center.
