The place felt dark and empty, with no atmosphere, and looked nothing like the photos. We had to make our own beds. Mine hadn't even been stripped, and when I asked, a rude receptionist told me to do it myself. There was no air con, so we had to leave the windows open, but the street was loud and there were quite a few mosquitos. The bathrooms are shared by genders, which my female friend found odd. Having to leave your keys at reception when going out also felt unsafe. Don't stay here!

A cozy place with an entertainment area where you can meet people and play games. The rooms were really nice and clean, the beds very comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Reception is open 24 hours, and you can buy snacks there if you need them. It's very well located, close to Piola Subway station.

The hostel charges for everything, for example 4€ to store luggage after checkout. The locker keys are broken and taped up, and the WiFi didn't work during our stay, with no warning or explanation in the booking. The beds have old, weak springs. The bathroom is a complete mess: the shower is dirty and cramped, and the toilets don't have locks. I really can't recommend this place.

The same neglect showed up in the kitchen: sticky fridges full of expired food, and dishes, pans, forks, and the counter were too dirty to touch. The bathrooms were just as bad. The showers were covered in green mold, with hair and powder everywhere. The first time I used one of the toilets, there was orange pee in it, and it was still there three days later. They put up nice signs saying what guests want to hear, but the service doesn't live up to them. This wasn't just a bad week or a one-off mistake. It points to constant neglect.
