The front desk service was a highlight of our stay at NH Collection Milano. Alejandra was particularly attentive and helpful throughout, handling our requests efficiently and professionally. Her warm, proactive approach made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is modern and clean, with comfortable, well-kept rooms and a welcoming, upscale feel. It’s in a convenient area, and I’d highly recommend it for business or leisure.

Dinner was outstanding, the best steak I’ve had in Italy so far. The check-in treatment was great, and both the room and fitness area were good. I called before checking in because I needed a scale, and they said they had one. When I arrived, there wasn’t one for me, and the guy I spoke with wasn’t friendly at all. Breakfast should be much better.

The rooms were quiet, and the temperature control worked well for us. The facilities are new and fantastic, and the staff were very welcoming. The metro is a five-minute walk away, which makes getting around easy. There aren’t many local shops or restaurants in the area. You have to walk 15 minutes to CityLife, where there are great cafés, restaurants, and shopping. Amazing hotel in Milan, highly recommend!

My company has an agreement with this property, so I’m lucky enough to stay here at least once a month. The hotel is beautiful, with spacious, bright rooms and a contemporary, fashionable look. The Front Desk staff are welcoming. I also want to commend the great Customer Service from the Breakfast Room team, especially Loriana, Anastasia, and the rest of the staff. Always a great way to start my business day.
