It was clean, and the host was flexible about letting us check in early. Milan Central Station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Our unit was right beside the main entrance, though, so we heard people coming and going, as well as the neighbours through the connecting interior door.

They wouldn't accommodate my late check-in request, then refused to return my money. That's €60 they've stolen from me. Don't trust this place or stay here under any circumstances.

I'm adding my experience to the other reviews: the customer service was the worst. They advertise free cancellation and then charge you anyway. They stole my money. These people are terrible criminals.
