The staff were extremely friendly, and the location was excellent, right by the main shopping district and about a five-minute walk from the Duomo area in Milan. It's a rather good serviced apartment, and I would certainly stay again. I hope the problems are fixed before my next visit, because they made the stay disappointing and wasted the potential of an otherwise good property. The in-room facilities need careful upkeep. The air conditioning smelled foul, apparently because its filter hadn't been cleaned regularly. The washing machine didn't work, and several lights were faulty. A broken plastic bumper on the toilet seat left it tilted and uncomfortable. The basin drain was blocked, so water kept pooling. Water also leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor, and we had to use a bath mat to stop it spreading. The decorative cover over the shower drain was missing, so you stepped directly onto a hole while showering.

My family and I were so happy we chose this place. Everything was superior, from the room to the incredible service. Even after checkout, they were wonderfully supportive when I lost my AirPods. Just amazing!

The staff were amazing, especially gisella, who was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was great too, with clean, spacious rooms. I'll be back soon.

We only spent one night at NJ Hotels & Apartments in Milan, but already hope to return whenever we're in Milan. Gisella welcomed us so warmly and took time to explain every detail, which really made the stay. The apartment was luxurious and high-end, with all the amenities we could have wanted. Its location in Piazza Liberty was perfect, just a five-minute walk to the Duomo. Wish we could've stayed longer!

We regularly travel from Switzerland to Milano and plan to come back. This is a great spot for a few days if you want to be near the city center for shopping or business, and the service is excellent too. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a dishwasher and washing machine, and there are two televisions. All the high street shopping is within walking distance.
