The cleanliness complaints in the Booking reviews turned out to be accurate. I was disappointed during my November 2024 stay, especially after believing the property’s replies that those comments were exaggerated. There were hairs and eyelashes on the floor. They didn’t refund me as they had suggested, just offered a late checkout. I wouldn’t stay again.
