Giovanna is very kind and lives next door, so you can call her anytime you need something. The place is clean and tidy, and it's close to an M2 metro station on the main line. The room is comfortable, with a large double bed, a table with a TV, plus a coffee machine and microwave.

There was a parking nightmare with the car in Milan. We got two tickets in three days, costing €140. They knew where we had parked and could have warned us about the local market on Saturday. Still, they were helpful and gave us the location for collecting the car, so thank you. We had everything in the room, including a stove, microwave, shampoo, and refrigerator. It felt like an average apartment, home-like rather than luxurious, with a mediocre balcony. Smoking wasn't allowed even out there. The place was cramped, and every time neighbors turned on a tap, there was a loud noise in our room, which felt creepy late at night. They also wanted €20 to allow a late check-in, perhaps until around 10 p.m. instead of 7 p.m., even though they were staying next door.

I booked this place for clients based on its location and positive reviews, but their experience was awful. The apartment was unattractive and didn't match the promotional photos, and cleanliness was lacking. The sheets and pillows smelled bad. We asked our supplier to contact the hostess about changing the bedding. She seemed helpful with the supplier, but was very rude and impolite to my clients. People working in tourism shouldn't act that way. I don't recommend this accommodation to anyone.
