Laura is really friendly and caring, and always wants what’s best for her guests. It’s especially nice if you’re spending time alone in Milano and would enjoy a friendly chat now and then.

The apartment was so noisy at night, with no soundproofing. In 20 years of traveling, I’ve never had such a disastrous night. At that price, it’s outrageous. Run away!
