Parea House

The owner was very patient with me. I changed rooms and dates and put him through a lot, but he was always available to help. The place has been almost completely renovated, and the rooms are welcoming. A few things still need fixing. Thanks so much for everything.

We booked two nights, but the owner asked us to pay for three, and the apartment we were given wasn’t the one we’d reserved. It had no kitchen and no breakfast. The place was poorly cleaned, with squashed mosquito remains still on the walls. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, and when we pulled out the plug, there was a clump of hair big enough to make a wig. An experience to forget. It didn’t feel like the people staying there were on vacation.

I was in Milan while my wife had surgery at the Monzino Cardiology Center, right across the street. Mr. Federico was kind, friendly, and very helpful, and understood our situation completely. He made himself available for anything we needed. The apartment was the only one left, since the others had been occupied for months, but it suited us more than well enough. The room was small and had its own bathroom. Everything was new and recently renovated, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I can’t speak highly enough of the place. Monzino is ideal if you have specific needs.

The apartment is clean and welcoming, and it’s right beside Monzino, practically 10 steps away. The owner was incredibly kind and thoughtful with us, always doing what he could to accommodate us. I don’t understand how anyone could speak badly of him. We can only thank him.
