My experience was positive overall, and the other staff members were polite and professional. The accommodation was beautiful, clean, pleasantly scented, and felt safe, all definite strengths. I did have some concerns about privacy. A member of the cleaning staff came into the room without knocking and asked personal questions, including about religion. I found that intrusive and inappropriate, and it affected my sense of privacy. More care with this and a more professional approach would help. The room door also made quite a lot of noise when opened, and I could still hear street noise despite being on a high floor.

I left my wallet behind, and they offered to post it to me. That says a lot about the people here. They were attentive from the warm welcome onward and made sure I knew the door codes. The bed was comfortable, the room warm, and the whole place spotless. There are supermarkets nearby and the train station is close. They call themselves the best hostel, which often doesn't match reality, but these guys lived up to it. I can't rate the place and the people highly enough.

We arrived early, and the staff were very accommodating. The apartment was clean and hygienic throughout, and the rooms were well kept. We had a very good experience and would recommend it.

I was only there for one night in a female dormitory and came away pleasantly surprised. The bathroom was extremely clean, nothing like what I'd expected from a hostel. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the WhatsApp contact before arrival was incredible. The value for money is great, so keep up the good work, and thanks to the amazing staff! Do check the emails carefully, though. Check-in has to be done before 7pm because there's no staff around afterward. You get two codes, one for the main doors and one for your dorm.

The online check-in was really easy, and everything inside looked modern after the renovations. It also felt very safe and secure. I had a fantastic stay, and this may be the cleanest hostel I've ever stayed in. Highly recommend it.
