They refused to let us into the apartment when we arrived in Milan, saying we weren't 25 years old. We were two young girls left without a place to stay, even though we'd already paid and booked. They won't refund us either, and they've blocked our phone numbers so we can't get through. They seem like manipulators who have done this before. It's sad to see people with so few values.

I enjoyed staying at this guesthouse. The rooms are cozy, with a bathroom and a kitchen stocked with full home utensils. It's in a great area, close to bus and tram stops.

The apartment was cold, very dirty, and really poor. There was nobody I could contact, and the automatic lock wouldn't work when I tried to check in.

We never even managed to get inside the apartment. We called, emailed, and tried everything, but the accommodation still didn't respond. This has happened before. Zero out of ten, a scam.

Be careful booking this place. I reserved through Booking.com, but they never contacted me. When I arrived, the doors were locked and I couldn't get an answer or reach anyone. I had to go to another hotel, and they didn't return my money. Be careful!
