We had a technical problem during our stay, and the front desk dealt with it impressively. Gian Paolo Valentino deserves special thanks for going out of his way to help. He was professional, really kind, and found a quick solution, exactly the sort of person who makes a difference to a guest's stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely atmosphere and quality and care evident in every detail. From arrival through checkout, everything felt smooth and welcoming. We can't fault a thing. If you want to feel valued as a guest in Milan, this is the place. We'll definitely return. 10 out of 10, without hesitation.

I had a really pleasant hotel stay, and Elden from Clark was a big part of what made it special. He patiently, kindly, and professionally helped me with everything I needed. Most of the comfort and support I felt during the visit came from his help. His positive attitude, quick assistance, and respectful manner made a real difference. It's rare to meet someone who cares so much about guests. Thank you, Elden, for looking after me and making me feel welcome throughout my stay. You're a real asset to the hotel.

We really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast. Breakfast had a wide range of options. The staff were welcoming, and the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. It was nice to have a balcony in the room, too. You can get to Duomo di Milano in about 30 minutes by tram or 15 minutes by Uber.

Our first stay here was a real pleasure, and we'll definitely come back. The hotel is large, clean, and tidy, and our room was spotless. The staff were excellent. A special thank you to Elden for the wonderful service she gave me and my family throughout our stay.
