The room had two levels, with the bed and bath downstairs and a coffee bar and sofa upstairs. Avani Palazzo Moscova has a fun, hip feel without being loud or over the top. The manager was genuinely curious about our thoughts and how the stay was going. We’ve traveled all over Italy and are always glad to find new places to stay, and this one exceeded our expectations from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Thomas Stephanie Beatrice were wonderful, and communication with them was good. My family and I had an amazing stay. May God bless them. We’d definitely come back to this hotel.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, which was the one part of the stay that met expectations. The place is roughly a 30-minute walk from the city centre, in a fairly convenient location outside the restricted area, zone C. For a four-star hotel, it felt extremely overpriced. The rooms were small and below the expected standard, and the facilities need refurbishment. The spa was disappointing and cramped, clearly in need of a redesign, and the men’s changing room wasn’t available. Breakfast was a letdown too, with little good food to choose from. The restaurant charged about twice what most nearby restaurants did, for very average food. Parking was very expensive and a real hassle, since you have to reverse down a ramp into a busy street. I wasn’t happy with the stay.

We loved being able to walk to the duomo area and how close the hotel was to the airport. We also had fun getting lost in Brera. This was my second visit, and I can’t thank the staff enough. The hotel is well kept and in a great location, with friendly staff. We were celebrating a recent engagement, and they went above and beyond to make it special.
