Rentopolis San Siro

Giulia seemed like our own butler, always looking after whatever we needed with a lovely smile. Soufiane also made the stay better with his smile and willingness to help. Danilo at reception patiently checked us in and explained everything, and Sara gave us a very gracious welcome and made sure our stay went smoothly from the start. This was a wonderful stay, and I can’t recommend the hotel enough. It felt perfect in every way.

Francisca made me feel at home and really went out of her way for me. I also loved the quiet, charming rooftop and top-floor restaurant, even though the hotel is in the middle of the city. The location was the best part, with everywhere I wanted to go within a reasonable walk. My room was clean and spacious, with gorgeous city views.

Duomo di Milano and the shops are right by the hotel. Thanks to Tommaso for making the stay special, we’ll be back. The service was probably the best I’ve had at a hotel anywhere in the world, even the cleaners were polite, well mannered, and did a superb job. There seemed to be more staff than guests, which might be how they manage such friendly service. It puts the Burj Al Arab to shame.

The staff made a real effort to get us to our train. During a hectic Milan morning, with a half-marathon happening as we left, they personally arranged a taxi for us. We also arrived to a box of pastries, one of several thoughtful freebies. Our room was beautiful and the spa was excellent. You’re only steps from Duomo, Galleria, La Scala, and other sights. I’d happily stay here again.
