We booked Residenzia Ascanio Sforza at the last minute, just before flying to Milan. They were understanding and managed to hold a room for us. We could arrive around 11am and leave three days later at about 3 p.m., which worked much better than the schedules I've experienced with Airbnb. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the shower worked very well. Plenty of time to enjoy Milan and wander its streets.
We stayed for three nights in late January. The apartment was a good size and in good condition, in a quiet, secure complex close to restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and the town centre. Reception is open for limited hours, but there's an after-hours number to call if anything comes up. The staff were excellent. I'd have no hesitation recommending this place for short or long-term accommodation in Milan.
The buildings and apartments are beautiful, and the location in the Navigli-area of Milano is perfect. You can get everywhere on foot. Thanks for the great support on site!
Spacious rooms and great AC. The location's great too, with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. I'll definitely come back!
